Launched in Year 2000, this home-grown programme is a transformative journey that empowers women to discover their inner strength, confidence, and potential. The Miss MalaysiaIndian Global is organized annually by volunteers from the not-for- profit MMICare Association as a community development exercise to raise the self-esteem and image of the young woman. It is a fundraiser for the Gift Her With Life Fund , which gives out annual small education grants to help deserving young people of all races achieve their academic dreams.
